Research by the University of Florida indicates that Palm Coast will experience the highest rate of job growth in the State over the coming years.  The city is designed to separate residential and commercial developments, which makes it a popular choice for families moving to the area. There is currently an influx of residents moving in from both northern states and southern counties, taking advantage of the great value in real-estate, low property tax rates and the relaxed lifestyle.
